Masala Mandala is a small food truck just off US-1, behind Denny’s between the Quality Inn and Travelodge. We’re close enough for dinner to feel easy—whether you order ahead and take it home or stay nearby and eat.
Our curry bases, spice blends, marinades and chutneys are made by us from whole ingredients. We use halal-certified meats and offer vegetarian, vegan-friendly and gluten-free options.
We do the chopping, marinating, slow cooking and preparing so that when it’s time for dinner, you don’t have to.
What to order
- Feast for One — a complete meal when you’re ordering for yourself.
- Feast for Two — $36, just $18 per person. Feeding four? Order two feasts.
- Butter Masala — chicken or paneer in our creamy, house-made masala sauce.
- Tadka Daal — our lentil curry and a vegetarian staple on the menu. If you’re ordering vegan, let us know so we can guide you toward the appropriate options.
