Dinner After Biscayne National Park
Biscayne National Park is 95 percent water — so by the time you’re back at the Dante Fascell Visitor Center at Convoy Point, salt-crusted and starving, you’ve earned better than fast food. Our kitchen in Florida City is roughly a 20-minute drive from the park entrance, straight down toward US-1.
Boat tours and snorkel trips mostly run mornings and early afternoons; we open at 4 PM. That gap is exactly enough time to shower at the hotel, call in your order, and sit down to a dinner that was cooked for you specifically — house-made curry bases, fresh samosas, heat level dialed to your crew.
And if tomorrow is your Keys day or your Everglades day: we’re on the way to both.
