Questions? We’ve Got You.

Where are you?

We’re a food truck in Florida City, just minutes from Homestead, behind Denny’s and between the Quality Inn and Travelodge.

We’re also right along the route south toward the Florida Keys.

Whether you’re local or just passing through, we’re an easy stop before you continue on.

What are your hours?

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM.

We’re closed Tuesdays.

Do I need to order ahead?

You don’t have to—but we highly recommend it.

Most meals take approximately 20 minutes, so ordering ahead means we can get started while you’re on your way.

Why does my order take 20 minutes?

Because there’s still work happening after your order comes in.

We prepare many of the time-intensive components of our food ahead—from curry bases and marinades to chutneys and other ingredients—and finish your meal to order.

That allows us to do something we care deeply about:

Make our food ourselves, from whole ingredients, while creating consistency from one meal to the next.

What do you mean by “homemade”?

We mean we actually do the work behind the food.

We chop the vegetables. We cook the bases. We grind spices. We make marinades and chutneys. We make our samosas.

Some components are prepared in batches and preserved until they’re needed. That’s part of how a small kitchen like ours can do so much from scratch.

For us, homemade isn’t about pretending everything began the moment you placed your order.

It’s about knowing what’s in the food and taking responsibility for how it’s made.

Whole ingredients. Made in-house. Prepared with intention.

Is your food spicy?

Only if you want it to be.

Our dishes are mild by default unless indicated, so don’t let all those green chilies you see us grinding fool you.

If you love heat, tell us.

Is your meat halal?

Yes. We use halal-certified meats.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Absolutely.

Several of our entrées can be made with paneer, and we also offer Tadka Daal and vegetarian sides.

Look for the vegetarian symbol on our menu.

Are you vegan-friendly?

Yes.

We have vegan-friendly options. Please let us know you’re ordering vegan so we can help guide you toward the appropriate dishes and modifications.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, we have gluten-free options available.

If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us when ordering so we can help you determine what’s appropriate.

What should I order if it’s my first time?

Start with one of our complete meals.

Our Feast for One is an easy way to experience Masala Mandala when you’re ordering for yourself. If you’re sharing dinner, our Feast for Two is $36—just $18 per person—and gives you more variety and value.

We didn’t want to just give you curry and rice. We wanted to give you dinner.

What should I order for my family?

For a family or larger group, our Feast for Two makes it easy to build dinner around how many people you’re feeding.

Feeding four? Order two Feasts for Two.

Each Feast for Two is $36, or $18 per person.

Are the samosas homemade?

Yes—and we’re proud of them.

They’re made by hand with your choice of veggie or lamb filling and served with our tomato chutney.

Are you a restaurant?

We’re a food truck with a small outdoor setup in Florida City.

There is shaded tiki seating nearby if you’d like to stay and eat.

Many of our customers order ahead, pick up dinner and take it home—or continue south toward the Keys.

Are you a good stop before the Florida Keys?

Yes. We’re in Florida City, right along the route south toward Key Largo.

Order about 20–30 minutes before you reach us and we can work on your meal while you continue your drive.

Order ahead. Pick it up. Continue south with dinner taken care of.

I’m coming back from the Everglades or Biscayne. Can I order ahead?

Please do.

Place your order while you’re heading back toward Florida City and we’ll get started while you’re on your way. After a day out, dinner can be one less thing you have to figure out.
